The Italian Resident Evil is being tested, for free, on Steam

The catalog Steam offers from time to time demonstration free really interesting, to which now we add one for lovers of survival horror.

We are talking about Daymare 1994 Sand castlenew effort by the Italian team Invader Studios which showcases numerous technical and game formula improvements compared to its predecessor.

As we explained to you in our review a few days ago, «Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle appears to be a better game than the previous one, certainly on a technical level and also for the way in which the new additions give a more varied approach to battles and advancement.»

Now, as promised, the free demo is downloadable by everyone via Steam at this address, and it’s really not to be missed for lovers of Resident Evil in a modern key. To proceed with the download you must obviously be in possession of an active Steam account and without any limitations.

Unfortunately, at the time of writing there are no demos for the Xbox and PlayStation versions, so – if you are a console owner – the only way to be able to play the title is to wait for the August 30, 2023official release date.

The official description of the game reads:

Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle is a third person story driven survival horror, prequel to the acclaimed Daymare: 1998.

Take on the role of special agent Dalila Reyes, a former government spy now in the service of the HADES unit (Hexacore Advanced Division for Extraction and Search) and get ready to enter the most advanced experimental research center in the United States of America.

But be careful, in the darkness of the desolate and labyrinthine underground of the structure there will be something chilling and lethal waiting for you!

We recall that the first Daymare was initially launched only on PC, where we appreciated its drive towards the old school world.
