On January 9, 2022, the winners of the 79th edition of the Golden Globe were announced. This was an unusual edition since they were not transmitted anywhere only through the social networks of the official website of the Golden Globes Awards. There were no TV broadcasts, online broadcasts, nominees, celebrity guests, red carpet, host, or press. A slightly peculiar edition.
The Power of the Dog and West Side Story, rose as the most awarded in the night, each with three recognitions.
